چکیده
As a main component of soil microbiota arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) play benefi cial role in the agro-ecosystems. Introduction AMF inoculum as biofertilizer to rice cultivation system is one environmentally healthy solutions that may increase crop productivity and yield, when compare non-AMF relationships. Within an ecosystem, both biotic abiotic factors affect diversity, distribution, ecological AMF. Here we reviewed effect variables including production area, environmental conditions, agricultural management systems, varieties, different growth stages host on dynamics structure community mainly fi elds. Understanding this co-relation required explore their future enrolment agriculture. Effect of Rice Cultivation Systems on Indigenous Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal Community Structure
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in an agricultural ecosystem are necessary for proper management of beneficial symbiosis. Here we explored how the patterns of the AMF community in rice roots were affected by rice cultivation systems (the system of rice intensification [SRI] and the conventional rice cultivation system [CS]), and by compost application during growth stages. Rice plants harves...
متن کاملScaling-up evaluation of field functioning of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
An estimated 90% of terrestrial plants form symbiotic associations with soil fungi, and the majority of those plant species belong to families that characteristically form associations with arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Smith & Read, 1997). The function of these associations is largely based upon the transfer of carbon (C) from the plant to the fungus, and upon the transfer of mineral nutr...
متن کاملBiodiversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in agroecosystems
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi [AMF] are soil fungi which form a mutualistic symbiosis with the roots of plants. A variety of benefits to the host have been ascribed to mycorrhizae, most often enhanced uptake of immobile nutrients from the soil, notably P. An understanding of the impacts of agronomic practices upon communities of these fungi would help to ensure an opportunity for the utilization...
متن کاملMeiotic genes in the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) are important symbionts of land plants, which are known for their tremendous positive effects on terrestrial ecosystems, their peculiar cellular features, and their very old evolutionary history. To date, no sexual stage or apparatus have ever been observed in these organisms; a remarkable absence for a eukaryotic lineage. For this reason, AMF have long be...
متن کاملArbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Alien Plant Species
The invasion success of alien plant species depends, amongst other things, on their functional traits [4] and the susceptibility of ecosystems. There is now increasing interest in including biotic interactions particularly mutualistic associations [5], into frameworks assessing alien plant invasions, as they help bridge the invisibility and invasiveness features. The great majority of terrestri...
